Villa Delfina in Maiori

Villa Delfina is a gorgeous and bright apartment that is part of a villa built sheer above the sea and with direct access to the sea. It sleeps six people.

From Villa Delfina you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea and of the Amalfi Coast.

Villa Delfina is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features direct access to the sea, private swimming pool, a nice private terrace with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning and winter heating.

You will reach Villa Delfina from the street level going down a walkway that is cut into the rocky cliff and includes approximately 80 stairway steps. Villa Delfina is spacious and bright looking directly at the sea and the sun.

Standing inside the villa will only see, the sea, the sky and the profile of the Amalfi Coast.

Four glass doors access from different rooms the magnificent terrace sheer above the sea. The terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with tables, chairs and deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.

Leaning out and looking down from the terrace you will see the sea below you, and it will almost be like you can dive into it.

In front of you there will be the Torre Normanna cape, which is now a famous restaurant and night club. A bit further on, you can spot in succession Amalfi, Ravello and other small villages, all the way to the Cape of Conca dei Marini.

The patio is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the terrace. It is shaded by a bougainvillea pergola. It is equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. You will be able to reach the garden from the patio. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the sea.

The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 1 meter (3.3 feet) to 1.8 meters (6 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. The pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.

The living room is paved with hand-made majolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. They include a sofa and two armchairs. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace.

The kitchen is well equipped, with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The kitchen has a porthole window.

Acess to first bedroom from the corridor, here there is a double bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. 

Access to second bedroom is from the corridor. here there are two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a double bed if requested. The room has a window with a view of the sea.

Access to third bedroom is from the living room as well as from the corridor, here there is a double divan bed. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the Amalfi Coast through a French window.

The first bathroom is tiled with lucid hand-made majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. Here you will also find a washing machine.

From Villa Delfina you will have a direct access to the sea from a platform built on the rocks. You will reach it going down approximately 190 stairway steps. The access to the sea is shared with guests staying at another nearby villa.

You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Maiori, where you will find restaurants, shops and the beach. You will find the closest restaurant at 400 meters (440 yards), the stop for the SITA bus a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach at roughly 700 meters (770 yards).

You will not need a car to stay at Villa Delfina. If you do have one, you will be able to park it in a private parking lot.
