Our Hotel is the ideal choice for a holiday on the Amalfi Coast. It is situated in the centre of Amalfi, on the seafront, just a short distance from the "Duomo" and the main square. From the Hotel you can enjoy the stunning views of Amalfi and its beautiful coastline.

Hotel La Bussola is open all year round. It has terraces with wonderful panoramas, it is tastefully furnished and offers all the facilities necessary to make your holiday on the Amalfi Coast a memorable one. These facilities include lifts, airconditioning, spacious communal areas, a roof garden, a sun deck by the sea and a private car park.

Our restaurant specialises in local cuisine and we have an American bar where you can enjoy an aperitif or an after dinner drink.

Our hotel pays particular attention to our surrounding eco-system. Since the Amalfi Coast has been declared World Heritage site by UNESCO, we encourage our clients, even those staying for a short period, to do the same.

The Bussola Hotel dates back to 1900 and was originally a pasta factory. Today our hotel has been lovingly restored and boasts stunning views of Amalfi and the harbour.

Rooms are decorated with tasteful furnishings and have small balconies with sea views.

The hotel is equipped with lifts, air conditioning and welcoming communal areas. There is a car park reserved for guests, an excellent restaurant specialising in local cuisine and a bar-café where you can enjoy an aperitif or an after dinner drink. The hotel also boasts a large terrace with wonderful views and a fully equipped solarium overlooking the sea front.

Our aim at the Bussola Hotel is to make your stay with us as pleasant as possibile. One way in which we do this is by paying particular attention to the way in which rooms are furnished, maintained and cleaned.

The hotel was originally a pasta factory. The rooms situated in the area where the pasta was once dried are spacious and have large balconies.

We have paid particular attention to furnishings and décor which are simple and comfortable. All of our rooms have wonderful majolicas decorated with art by some of the most important ceramic artists of the Amalfi Coast.

Our rooms differ according to the facilities offered and are priced in four categories, Prestige, Superior, Class A and Standard.

Thanks to its central position, La Bussola Hotel is the ideal choice as a venue for small conferences.

All the local conference-rooms are just a short distance from the hotel: the Antichi Arsenali, the brand new Sala Ibsen, Salone Morelli, Palazzo San Benedetto, the ex Chiesa del Crocifisso and the Museo della Cattedrale.

We have the new “Sala Le Vele” that can hosts 100 pax and it has its independent access from the seafront, and the Sala Glicine and the Sala Verde for small meetings

We can also provide an evening banquet or light snacks in the hotel restaurant.
