Casa Rosalia in Minori

Casa Rosalia is ideal for those who wish to enjoy a beautiful and large beach close to places of the area of great tourist interest as Amalfi, Ravello, Positano, Capri, Sorrento, Pompeii, Paestum, the Reggia (Royal Palace) di Caserta, among others.

Casa Rosalia is a lovely 75-square-meter (about 807 square feet) apartment that sleeps four people. There is a 60-square-meter (about 646 square feet) terrace with a pergola and a great view of Minori and the seascape. The apartment is located in the center of Minori, 300 meters (about 984 feet) from the beach. It is only 4 km (about 2.5 miles) away from Amalfi.

The house is beautiful, airy, and bright. The charming exterior spaces will enable you to enjoy great moments of relaxation outdoors.

Casa Rosalia takes the upper floor of a beautiful and age-old house surrounded by the green of lemon orchards. You will arrive at the house through a short pedestrian path which consists of 70 steps, including those which lead to the entrance of the house.

There is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a spacious living-room and a kitchen. It is equipped with air conditioning and winter heating.You will enter a spacious living-room elegantly furnished with a table, chairs, armchairs, and a couch. A small corridor leads to the bedrooms. In one bedroom, you will find a double bed, and in the other, two single beds. From the double bedroom, you can reach the bathroom with shower. The bathroom actually has two doors, and access is from the living-room as well. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner stove, a fridge with freezer, an oven, and a dishwasher. In a separate room there is a washing-machine. From the living-room, you will have access to a large terrace paved in terracotta and furnished with a gazebo, a table, chairs, and sun loungers. The sun-drenched terrace, overlooks Minori, the sea, and verdant lemon orchards. On the terrace, you will even find a barbecue corner.  You don’t need a car during your stay at Casa Rosalia, but if you have one, you can book a pay parking space. 100 meters (about 328 feet) from the house, there are shops and restaurants. It is also possible to order delivery services from shops. Upon request, small pets are allowed into the house.

Casa Rosalia is situated in Minori in a central and panoramic residential area. Minori is an enthralling small town near Amalfi nestled on a narrow valley which stretches up to the sea, where it becomes a bay in a crescent moon shape. The sea and the large sandy beach of Minori are about 300 meters (about 984 feet) from the house. You can reach them on foot via a pleasant walk. On the beach, you will find bars and restaurants, and bathing establishment catering for umbrellas and deck chairs. The beach stretches out below the Lungomare, where to have a stroll, sit at a café, or even go shopping. Amalfi is about 5 km (about 3 miles) away, and Positano is 15 km (about 9.3 miles) away. Minori is connected to other towns of the Coast through buses of the company SITA. From the harbor of Minori, ferries leave to Salerno, Amalfi, Positano, Capri, Sorrento, and Naples.
